In the condition of development, the human person overcomes his own limits by opening himself up to others. Doing business therefore also implies this will and opportunity.

In the process of personality development, each person lives in a sort of “capsule” delimited by a “culture” and a “mental map”, with the relationship open to others, this “capsule” becomes more and more “transparent and permeable”.

In particular, some components fuel the development of the personality in the relationship; such as our “basic potentials” that feed on sensations and movements in “brain to brain” relationships; “common sense” that allows us to live the relationship well by establishing balance and moderation in judgment, as well as the ability to listen to the reasons of the other, in the search for a point of convergence; “tacit knowledge” helps us to orient ourselves in judgments and learning objectives; the “creativity” that gives dynamism to intelligence, allows us to grasp the relationships between ideas and things in a new way and, the “wisdom” that is reached when intelligence, as a form and reflexive of thought, becomes social using collective strategies in a continuous improvement way.
