Today Dway supports various interest groups in spreading the culture of entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurial experience. Dway has changed its commitment over time, always having as its foundation those inalienable values ​​that go under the name of <<human dignity>> and with it the full realization of the human person. This is the key to reading the story of DWAY which has now entered its third decade of experimentation and help through countless paths and stories of learning and growth.

Our Story 2000s

DWAY was born at the turn of the new millennium as an international group for Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning. The first commitments are aimed at providing young people, both those enrolled in education and those included in a career path, the opportunity to train in Real Environments. Dway is allied with numerous schools and business associations to build paths of real experience.

At the end of the decade Dway obtained the management of two post-graduate educational organizations: the Institute of Banking Studies based in Lucca (Tuscany, Italy) and the Academy of Design based in London where it experiments an integrated training with a teaching team mixed and hospitality of many businesses.

In the following years, Dway was called upon to contribute to the internal adaptation plans of numerous companies at European level characterized by a strong human presence such as Allianz and Axa (Insurance), Campari (Beveradge), the Gazprom group (Services), Unicredit (banking), Poste group (shipping), Lukoil (energy), Tsinghua University (education).

DWAY integrates the experience of the youngest towards the real contexts. It experience the management of a tertiary level schools that are strongly integrated between the traditional and the disruptive approach of learning. It also offers contributes to the internal adaptation processes of some corporations.

Our Story 2010s

In the second decade of life, Dway consolidates its transnational vocation. It interprets the need for a strong cultural and educational exchange between different countries and introduces a new format on the international scene, that of the missions for transnational study and cooperation <<on the move programmes>>.

The success of this program leads to a continuous enlargement of countries involved, economic areas concerned, types of participants. The cultural areas most affected are that of Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Asia, North Africa and the Middle East. Organizations are both economic and social, private and public. The sectors include the manufacturing area, services (energy, tourism, education, hospitality, finance), the agricultural and forestry area.

The real innovation of the “on the move” program is the cooperation that develops from time to time. Real entrepreneurial projects to which Dway is also often called upon to contribute. It is more and more evident the entrepreneurial impact on Dway’s educational and training activities.

DWAY acts as a mediator of relationships between subjects who are often distant as well as rich in experiences. The meeting between people of different cultures and backgrounds becomes entrepreneurial capital.

Our Story 2020s

Progress in the new millennium seems to be plagued by unthinkable situations, at least in some areas of the world. But it is not only the economic and financial crises, the pandemic traumas and the climate vortex. A greater crisis overwhelms and transforms human existence. A need to find explanations that go beyond the technical and scientific approach.

Dway offers its commitment to reconcile the rampant need of so many people to find full fulfillment in a life project with a positive impact for others, for society, for our world.

Dway’s call to those who can make their commitment available to support a need for a new entrepreneurial culture and to build effective entrepreneurial experiences. To establish communities for education and the project to support educational, social, economic organizations and institutions to spread culture for entrepreneurship.

A transversal commitment that is about to flourish in every place of learning, without borders.


The operating mode adopted by the Dway is that of the community network to support educational and learning projects for entrepreneurship and for the entrepreneurial experience. A founding nucleus coordinates the initiatives with various expert communities scattered around the world, specialized in various areas of the project.

DWAY EDUCATION develops alliances with schools, universities, cultural foundations, social and business associations and institutions to spread a positive culture of entrepreneurship, with particular attention to a vision capable of reconciling individual and community interests.

DWAY ENTERPRISE facilitates the birth of new enterprises capable of pursuing a dual and contextual interest, the individual one of the entrepreneurs and the collective one of the community to which they refer.
