DWAY provides global and regional leadership in education, cooperates to strengthen education systems, and responds to contemporary global challenges through education. Its work encompasses quality educational development from the time of school education to the transition to work and beyond.

Who we are
We are a network organization with a coordinating core in Central and Southern Europe and diverse allied communities of thinkers and experts to support young people, educators, civil society, business and other stakeholders on the path for entrepreneurship and for entrepreneurial experience.
Exchange Experiences and Practices
Our overall goal is to support the full-speed development of the entrepreneurship competences at different levels.
We aim at helping public authorities, educational institutions and training providers, enterprises and other stakeholders in the private sector to use Entrepreneurship Approaches collaboratively and innovatively.
In addition, to bring different stakeolders together to exchange experiences and practices that work in building a coherent methodology to support the development of the entrepreneurship mindset at all levels.
The DWAY initiative aims to mobilize the many ways of being and knowing in order to leverage collective intelligence.

We believe that art and design provides an excellent model for entrepreneurial learning. The way an artist and designer approach a problem and move towards solutions, are essential aptitudes for all learners to gain.

We believe that entrepreneurial teachers are inspirational, open-minded and confident, flexible and responsible — but also rule-breakers involving external experts in their teaching and focusing on real-life experiences.

We believe that “sense of initiative”, such as entrepreneurship, is a transversal key competence, which every citizen needs for personal fulfilment and development, active citizenship, social inclusion and employment.
